General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The terms that govern all sales made by Neon Creations Ltd.
The Contract
A contract between you and Neon Creations Ltd is formed when we accept your order and receive your deposit. Our acceptance of your order is confirmed in writing via email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are confirmed at the time of quotation and are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices for orders placed after this period.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence production
- The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch of your order
- We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer and PayPal
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within our stated lead time of 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Defective Goods
If you receive a sign that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
Consumer Rights
As our products are custom-made to your specification, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has commenced. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@neoncreations.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
