Your Brief
It all starts with your idea. Whether you have a detailed design in mind or just a rough concept, our team works with you to understand exactly what you want. We discuss size, colour, font, backing and any special requirements. You can reach us by phone, email or through our online enquiry form.
Design & Artwork
Our in-house design team creates a detailed artwork proof based on your brief. You will receive a visual showing exactly how your finished sign will look — including the shape of the neon tubing, the backing, and the overall dimensions. We refine the design until you are 100% happy before production begins.
Glass Tube Bending
Once the design is approved, our skilled glassblowers get to work. Real glass neon tubes are heated over a flame and carefully hand-bent to match the approved artwork. This is a highly skilled craft that our team has perfected over nearly two decades. Each bend is made with precision to ensure the finished sign matches your design exactly.
Gas Filling & Electrification
Once bent, the glass tubes are evacuated of air and filled with either neon or argon gas — the two gases that give neon signs their distinctive glow. Neon produces the classic red-orange light, while argon combined with phosphor coatings inside the tube creates the full spectrum of colours you see in our signs.
Mounting & Finishing
The completed neon tubes are then carefully mounted onto your chosen backing — whether that is wood, acrylic, metal or another material. All wiring is neatly concealed, and the sign is fully tested to ensure it is working perfectly before it leaves our workshop.
Quality Check & Delivery
Every sign undergoes a thorough quality check before being securely packaged and dispatched. We ship across the UK and internationally. Each sign comes with full installation instructions and our team is always on hand if you need any help getting your sign up and glowing.
