Crown Paints

The Brief

Crown Paints approached Neon Creations with a vision to create a bold, eye-catching neon installation for one of their flagship showroom spaces. The goal was to reinforce their brand identity and create a memorable, Instagram-worthy feature that would resonate with both trade and consumer visitors.

They wanted something that felt premium, on-brand and in keeping with the vibrant, colour-forward identity that Crown Paints is known for. The neon needed to work both as a functional piece of signage and as a statement design feature in its own right.

Our Approach

Our design team worked closely with Crown Paints to develop an artwork concept that captured their brand tone. We explored a range of typefaces and layouts before landing on a design that felt fresh, contemporary and perfectly suited to the showroom environment.

The sign was crafted in real glass neon — chosen for its warm, organic quality that complements the colour-rich world of Crown Paints beautifully. We selected a colour from our palette that harmonised with the showroom's existing interior scheme while still delivering the visual impact the client was looking for.

The Result

The finished sign exceeded expectations. Mounted on a sleek acrylic panel, it became an instant centrepiece in the showroom — drawing visitors in and encouraging them to stop, engage and share on social media.

The project is a great example of how a well-crafted neon sign can elevate a retail or commercial space — adding personality, warmth and a sense of occasion that no other medium quite achieves.
