Cancellation Form for Consumers

Use this form to notify Neon Creations of your wish to cancel an order, where applicable.

Please note: as our signs are custom-made to your specification, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 only applies before production has commenced. If you are unsure whether your order is in production, please contact us at info@neoncreations.co.uk or call 01204 655 866 before submitting this form.

When Can You Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided that production of your sign has not yet begun. Once your artwork proof has been approved and production commenced, your right to cancel is limited under consumer law as the goods are custom-made to your personal specification.

If you wish to cancel before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email so we can confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Cancellation Notice

To formally notify us of a cancellation, please complete and submit the form below or send a written notice to info@neoncreations.co.uk including your name, order number and a statement that you wish to cancel your order.
